Service Description

My coaching sessions are minimum of three sessions, per client. That way, we can track you progress over time. We can schedule the next sessions, when we meet for the first. The usual pace for this service is a session once a week or every other week. If the client would like to move at a different pace than either of those, we can discuss what that would look like.
