Service Description

My coaching sessions are minimum of two sessions, per client. That way, we can track you progress over time. With the Shadow Work Coaching, each session is an hour long, 1 on 1 engagement, where we set out to begin mapping out some of your anterior and posterior persona, as well as give some guidance on exactly what the commonly known practice of Shadow Work is, more especially in relation to the Left Hand Path. We can schedule the next sessions, when we meet for the first. The usual pace for this service is a session once a week or every other week. If the client would like to move at a different pace than either of those, we can discuss what that would look like.
