What Are Konjure Candles?
Konjure Candles are offerings; spiritual nourishment for the energies we invoke. The Konjuration kit is designed to strengthen your connection with your ancestors, entities, and spirits; creating a bridge between realms through offerings of the physical and offerings from the heart. This is not just a candle; it is a sacred tool to unlocking the a meeting ground, guidance, communication and protection of those who see in the past, present and future.
There is no single “correct” way to use these candles, your practice is your own. Below is a foundational guide to help you begin or expand your Konjuration work. Let your heart and spirit lead the way.
What is Konjure. Its a common term within the Hoodoo Community. Known for the communication and vessel participation of the Spirits. Vessels for spirits is nothing new within a plethora of spiritual systems, but Konjure is more than that. Konjure can be used with the spirits of the earth, the spirits of the celestial, the spirits of our Ancestors, the spirits of the waters, air, fire, etc.
The options of this kit carry a white and black skull candle. This is a perfect representation of the two-headed conjurer. Those who can see and work in the physical, and the spiritual. The participation of the physical and spiritual is necessary for the two-headed conjurer. When working in Konjuration, you're not just lighting a candle, you are feeding the spirits, engaging with the spirits, dwelling with the spirits. An offering is always given when you come to somebodies home.
So when using the skull candle, remember the two-headed conjurer. When you see the coffin candle, don't only see death, see transformation, see the door that enters you into a whole other realm where the body is a hindrance. Where the Ancestors roam. Where the spirits are not limited by morality.

Konjuration Herbs (for ritual work or spiritual baths, not for ingestion)

How to Use the Konjuration Kit
Scribe your full name on the black half of the skull candle, and your spirit name on the white half of the skull candle. (Invoking your physicality participation with the non-physical aspect. "2-Headed Conjurer" Use this method if you are working with a spirit other than your Ancestors)
Scribe your Ancestors Name on the Coffin Candle ( Remember that the realm of the Ancestors is vast. The Ancestor realm is just that...A REALM. You are not limited by your blood relatives, that realm carries all those who have touched the physical plane. Wake the Dead!)
This is perfect time if you choose to dress your skull and/or coffin candle. The oils and herbs included are exactly what is needed, but don't feel limited. If you have something more personal to you, then please use it instead. The more personal, the better.
Speak life into your Konjure Candle. (Speak your heart. Your TRUE intent. Mention the fears so that are less likely to reach your actual magic. Remember, fear is inevitable but don't let it drive. Just be honest in this sacred time.)
Light your skull candle and Coffin candle and place one on your left, and one on your right. In the middle of your offerings, place the Konjuration candle(s). This is the true focus of the work. The Konjure Candle is a tool of offering of the heart. That's why pouring your honesty into it is necessary.
Now we seal of your spell work is placed in the form of invocation, chants, songs, prayers, etc. Incense, smoke, usually the air element is great here.
Once your have placed your seal ( so to speak ) on your work, light you Konjuration Candle. Always keep an eye on your candles, Konjure Candles are very sensitive. Herbs are already placed on the candle, and if you put oil, that will also add to the

How to Use the Konjuration Candle
Set Your Space & Intentions-Begin by acknowledging the ancestors you wish to connect with. If you are unsure, simply open yourself to your lineage as a whole. Speak their names if you know them. If not, trust that they hear you.
Consecrate & Prepare-Align your mind, body, and space with your purpose. Honesty is crucial—whether your intention is gratitude, guidance, or protection, speak truthfully.
Dressing the Candle (Optional but Powerful)-If you wish to strengthen the bond, you may dress the candle further using personal items, additional herbs, or even meaningful bodily fluids. Some practitioners use saliva, blood, or hair as an offering to solidify the connection. This step is personal and should be done with respect and purpose.
Lighting the Flame-Place the candle on a fire-safe surface and light it with intention. This is a meal, an offering to your ancestors—let them partake. If you must extinguish it, relight it the following day until it is fully consumed.
This kit is more than a ritual, it’s a sacred act of participation, respect, and empowerment. Your SPIRITS walk with you, and the more you participate in the song, the more you understand the rhythm.
